Yes. It is naturally gluten-free as it is made from cassava starch.
Is Tipiog vegan?
Yes. It contains only cassava starch and water.
Do I need oil to prepare it?
No. No oil or water needed, a non-stick pan is enough.
How many servings are in one box?
Each box contains 7 individual 70g portions.
How should I store it?
Store in a cool, dry place. Opened portions should be refrigerated (4-8oC) and consumed within 5 days.
What is the difference between tapioca and cassava flour?
Tapioca is made from extracted cassava starch. Cassava flour is made from the whole root and has a different texture and use.
