Refund & Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If the box has been opened, all individual sachets must remain sealed and unused. For food safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted if any individual sachet has been opened. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@tipiog.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Zentrum Staldenbach 6, 8808 Pfäffikon, Switzerland. Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us with any return-related questions at the e-mail address above. As our products are food items, we encourage customers to contact us first if there is any issue with an order. In most cases, we can resolve the matter quickly without requiring a return.
If there is ever an issue with your order, we will always do our best to make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the contents of the product appear damaged, defective, or altered, so that we can review the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Minor damage to the outer shipping box or outer product box that may occur during transport does not affect the product itself and is therefore not considered a valid reason for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
