Meet the founders

Tipiog was founded by Amanda and Raffael, partners in life and in purpose.

Both built their careers in finance, where structure, responsibility, and long-term thinking shaped their professional paths. Tipiog brings that same discipline into food with thoughtful decisions, transparency, and intention behind every step.

Amanda has followed a pescetarian lifestyle for over a decade and consciously reduces gluten in her daily routine. Much of their cooking at home is vegetarian, simple, and ingredient-focused. Food, for her, is both nourishment and care.

Raffael brings a different energy — raised in the Alps, passionate about cooking, movement, and the outdoors. A natural food enthusiast, he enjoys exploring combinations and refining recipes with precision.

Together, they combine heart and structure, tradition and innovation — building Tipiog not as a trend, but as a long-term commitment to honest, practical food.
